How can I get a sidebar TOC that can hide itself

Hello RS community,
I am trying to find a way to get the TOC of my rnotebook as a left sidebar that could retract itself.
Something like this: https://www.w3schools.com/w3css/w3css_sidebar.asp
Is it possible to do ?
