Highcharts - set up theme - change colors

Hello everybody,

I would like to know how to define favorites colors for a barplot in a highcharts theme.

I also would like to know how to change the font color of the axes labels and also for the numbers along the axes. As you can constate, it's hard to see on this plot :

I also would like to know how to remove the brands behind the bars.
