Help with a hypothesis test

I've been tasked with a hypothesis test for some university coursework. I decided to use an ANOVA test between my predictor variable which is party of the governor and total income tax rate (aiinct). My hypothesis was that Democratic parties will have lower tax rates whereas Republicans higher tax rates. My hypothesis test produced these results however I'm struggling to understand them. I'm finding it difficult to find out what the strength of association is as well as the test statistic. I know that the Pr(>F) is my probability (P value) however I'm not sure about the rest. Would anyone be able to give me some help on this?

It looks like you have run the anova to test whether aiinct predicts govparty_a. The syntax for a formula where x predicts y is y ~ x.
