Although a minor irritant but is not going away. Despite updating Rstudio server to latest version (Version 1.4.1106) and even moving rstudio server from Ubuntu 16 to 20. Is this a browser issue? Any help to solve it?

Possibly, because I don't have the same problem, so it is not happening to everybody.
I think a better way of getting attention about this is formally filing an issue on the GitHub repository (if there is non already).
