Help! RStudio keeps freezing

Hi, I'm having some trouble with the RStudio Cloud. Once I open the project and try to install a package, the whole screen freezes and it won't let me relaunch the project. I've tried exiting the page, opening the project and relaunching it, but the issue continues.

I appreciate any help, thank you.

I also noticed the user's library of packages got deleted and then re-appeared.
