Help pane "show in new window" icon does nothing

I can maximise the help pane but the icon to show the help in a new window is non-functional. This is version 2023.12.0 Build 369 on Windows. Anyone else getting this? It's not been a problem before.

This is fixed in the upcoming 2023.12.1 patch.
