HELP! Deleted .RMD

Please excuse my use of incorrect terminology!
I am using r studio cloud.
I am trying to write an .RMD file for a uni project and I knit it and I got my pdf. I then wanted to delete it from the saved area on the bottom right window where you save files. It also Deleted my open RMD I was working on. Is there any way to get this back?
Any and all Help and Advice welcome!

Can you please share a link to your workspace? It will help one of the cloud engineers to be able to look at the log for your project. Thanks.
