I am supposed to compute a hierarchical clustering for the data set *all.us.city.crime.1970 *. As part of it I did this heat map. Can somebody please help me interprete these results?
I think I understood that at each phase of the bunching procedure, the two closest groups are converged into another group. The procedure is repeated until the entire informational index is agglomerated into one single group. But I can nevertheless not interprete anything from my results.
