Having trouble install base R for linux

Hi everyone I'm having trouble installing base r for linux. I've tried following this PostIT tutorial and going on the base R website tutorial . When I use the command sudo dnf install R-4.4.1-1-1.x86_64.rpm
My screen is stalled.

When I try to go the website https://cdn.rstudio.com/ on my browser I get access denied.

Is the CDN for r down for linux? I am not sure what I am doing wrong.

Seems like you already download the RPM package and you are trying to install the local file. That installation does not need the RStudio CDN any more, it only needs your RHEL repositories.
