Glm modules neuroimaging in R

Hi

I have a Y matrix with 160 000 X 92 and matrix with 6 x 92.

Are there any r glm modules I can use to calculate p-values using a GLM modules. The Y matrix is different thickness data over the entire left hemisphere of the brain.

Glm and LM do not accept my y matrix and is very slow to use a for loop.
