GLIBCXX_3.4.22 not found rstudio cloud

I am using reticulate to run python code. I got /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/ version `GLIBCXX_3.4.22' not found issue. Would you be able to update libstdc++ anytime soon?

The error happened when I import module (ot) using reticulate.

ot = import("ot")
Error in py_module_import(module, convert = convert) :
ImportError: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/ version `GLIBCXX_3.4.22' not found (required by /home/rstudio-user/.local/share/r-miniconda/envs/r-reticulate/lib/python3.6/site-packages/scipy/fft/_pocketfft/

The py_config() is

python: /home/rstudio-user/.local/share/r-miniconda/envs/r-reticulate/bin/python
libpython: /home/rstudio-user/.local/share/r-miniconda/envs/r-reticulate/lib/
pythonhome: /home/rstudio-user/.local/share/r-miniconda/envs/r-reticulate:/home/rstudio-user/.local/share/r-miniconda/envs/r-reticulate
version: 3.6.12 | packaged by conda-forge | (default, Dec 9 2020, 00:36:02) [GCC 9.3.0]
numpy: /home/rstudio-user/.local/share/r-miniconda/envs/r-reticulate/lib/python3.6/site-packages/numpy
numpy_version: 1.19.4

BUT it works fine in the terminal.
