Is it possible to install the GitHub theme (Dark Dimmed) for RStudio? The available dark themes are too dark, while the default one is too light and my eyes hurt after an entire day starring at it. Thanks.
No one has ported that one to RStudio as far as I know, but if you want to try some other dark themes that don't come in the box, I'm a fan of the rsthemes package which has lots more dark options:
