Github Actions R code gives 'Error: File not found: 'RScript''

We seem to get a strange error,

Error: File not found: 'RScript'

From this line of the github actions

Has anyone run into this problem? Is there something that maybe I'm missing in how I build the github actions?

You have RScript in your workflow and the program is called Rscript, with a lowercase S.

Linux file systems are case sensitive so the program is not found.
