ggsurvplot transparent background

Hi, community,

I am doing a poster for a conference and would like to incorporate a KM-plot.
For aesthetic reasons, I need the background to be transparent.
I have been able to find solutions for a regular ggplot but not ggsurvplot.
Hope someone out there has an idea or some code lying around.
