with the font size on my menu tab, but I use Windows10 ...
I wish I could increase the font size in the Files, Plot, Packages etc.... tabs also!

You can adjust the global zoom, with e.g. View -> Zoom In. This will have the effect of making all UI elements (including text) larger.
Is this sufficient for what you want?
not totally sufficient, but it helped for sure....
I wish I could increase the UI elements (tab names, data names in the global environment...)
without increasing the font on the script
