I want to hire a consultant to help refine a RStudio financial modeling tool: My Florida App. I want to add options (left panel) and impact visuals (middle panel). I will be testing this out in a new state, so I will need help converting various Excel formula and spreadsheets into RStudio code and then incorporating the policy options to show financial change and impact. The consultant will work collaboratively with me. The goal is to complete this by the end of April.
