I can't be sure since you are not providing a REPRoducible EXample (reprex), but I think your problem lies here, this is a non syntactic variable name so it has to be enclosed between back ticks, like this: `Country Code`

R is case sensitive and you are using the wrong kind of ticks (they have to be backticks) so it should be `Country Code` instead of 'Country COde'.
Also, you seem to be working with a time series object and dplyr is meant to be used with data frames so you might get unexpected results.
