File got deleted when use "Copy To..." to the same location

Follow up from: File Deleted when copying to a folder

A user accidentally used the "Copy to..." function and forgot to move to the correct folder. Instead, the user was in the same folder and hit "Save". R was asking "...file existing... override?" and the user hit yes. Then the file got deleted.

  1. Why does R delete it then?
  2. A check if dst == src would be great to abort with an error then.

Sadly, I was not able to recover it :frowning:
