Fatal error.unable to initialize the JIT

I'm having problems with access denied to some folders. I am wondering which folders need access and how to solve this problem. Rstudio does not open correctly, a window appears with Fatal Error. Unable to initialize the JIT and normal R opens fine, but with a console comment about access denied to some folder

I appreciate if someone can help me on this matter. Thanks
