I have a dataset called ITS_counts2. I have found which rows I need to extract and called this ids5 (i.e. row 52...row240... etc). I Have used the following code to try and extract the sequences corresponding to these rows (sequence is a column in ITS_counts2).

which does not correspond to the correct sequences that I want, it is giving the wrong information for some reason. Is there anything wrong with my code?
