Extracting data from column of data set

I have a dataset called ITS_counts2. I have found which rows I need to extract and called this ids5 (i.e. row 52...row240... etc). I Have used the following code to try and extract the sequences corresponding to these rows (sequence is a column in ITS_counts2).

When I use this code, it gives me output

In itself, that line looks correct, but depends strongly on what the data actually looks like and how you obtained seqs5. To answer your question we need a lot more context, it would help if you create a reprex.
