Export dataframe as a multiline gpx

Here is my dataframe, providing the start and end gps coordinated for 8 transect lines.

I would like to export this into a gpx and geopackage, so that when I bring those files into QGIS I can visualise all eight lines on a map.

I assume I could use writeOGR but not sure how.
