Anyone have a good reference on Real Life R markdown file for a data analytics? It does not have to be the RMD file, but it would be beneficial.
I am trying to see how detailed the documentation for the ETL, Data Cleaning, calculations and creating visualizations.
Hi there,
Not sure if this is the type of documentation you have in mind, but here's a link to the Supporting Information for a scientific publication (I believe documented in an RMD and exported to PDF):
https://pubs.acs.org/doi/suppl/10.1021/acs.est.9b02966/suppl_file/es9b02966_si_001.pdf
Note that this is not my work.
Another science example here: go to this preprint on BioRXiv , click on the supplementary material tab and the full analysis documentation is in the zip file that's linked on that page . If you'd like the .rmd file drop me a line, I am one of the authors.

Yes, I would love to see the Rmd file. I will send you a PM.
Thank you this is a great example of what I am looking for.
These references will be a huge asset going forward. Something like this should be stored in a reference list for all to use.

Hi there,
thank you for sharing those information, I would love to have the .rmd file or at least know which package you used on top of rmarkdown for the styling (is it bookdown?). I will send you a PM.
thanks again and nice job
Hi all
Glad you are interested. I've put the .Rmd file online so you can grab it from here:
