Error when trying to install psfmi package

I am trying to install the package called psfmi, but got the following error,

library(psfmi)
Error: package or namespace load failed for ‘psfmi’ in loadNamespace(i, c(lib.loc, .libPaths()), versionCheck = vI[[i]]):
there is no package called ‘pan’

It was successfully downloaded so I don't get the problem. I also tried to install pan but also conldn't.
