Error Updating to Version: 2023.09.1+494

I'm having some issues updating to Version: 2023.09.1+494. I'm currently on the March release, and using R4.3.1. I've never seen this before, and hasn't happened with other versions. We've consulted with our IT, and it doesn't appear to be a permissions/security issue on our end. Has anyone else seen, or have any ideas how to fix?
