Error to connect DB Mysql

Hi,
Today my R/Shiny server started to fail in the database connection, I am using Mysql 8.0.23 but when the process tried to start the connection just fail and gave me an error related with the database server.

I tried to connect from workbench and the credentials are all fine, the error that show me is:
<simpleError in .local(drv, ...): Failed to connect to database: Error: Can't connect to MySQL server on .... (115)

I tried installing the mariadb package but it does not appear to work.
