'Error Starting R'

I cannot start RStudio - it has worked perfectly fine and nothing has changed on my laptop - I tried uninstalling and reinstalling both R and RStudio and switching off and on and nothing happens - any advise? Below is the copy of the problem report:

Thank you for sharing your solution. Did you happen to save the state before resetting it? It would be helpful if you could share it to determine how the previous version's state prevents 2022.12.0 from starting up properly.
