Error starting R (system error 2)

After downloading latest RStudio Version (2023.12.1+402) for Windows 10 I have this error message:

I tried reinstalling both R and Rstudio but error still occurs. I have R-4.3.2 and newest version of MiKTeX (01/28/2024).
