Error starting R mac 10.13.6

Ive tried downloading r and r studio multiple times following the correct steps but everytime this pops up once r studio is downloaded and I try to open it.

The minimum requirement for the latest RStudio version is macOS 11,I think you need to update or install an older RStudio version.
