Error R encountered a fatal error. The session was terminanted

i have a problem with R studio on mac. When I run several commands or certain packages, the software crashes and in the end it shows me as an error message "r encountered a fatal error". I would like please to know how this problem can be solved if I should delete installation files c regarding the software and how to do it on mac?
