Error: Java heap space

Hello I have this error in the RSTUDIO console.
I need to export a vector [1: 5000] to Excel.
The function used is "write.xlsx", but I get this error:

Error in .jcall ("RJavaTools", "Ljava / lang / Object;", "invokeMethod", cl,:
java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space

Please I need help. Thank you
