Error installation R-Studio in Windows

Hi There,

I am new to programing & Learning R. I couldn't open R studio because of the error.
I have installed both R & R studio. Tried many times but the error still exists.

downloaded R from: https://cran.rstudio.com/
downloaded R- Studio from : https://support--rstudio-com.netlify.app/products/rstudio/download/#download

Plz help tp resolve
