It looks like you are calling your data "load_2". If so can you do

What I think we need is a sample of the data you are working with. The small example you supplied above is not enough as it is not including all the variables.

A good way to supply some sample data is the dput() function. In the case of a large dataset something like dput(head(mydata, 500)) should supply the data we need. Just do dput(mydata) where mydata is your data. Copy the output and paste it here.

I am not familiar with a cosinar analysis. Could you supply the rest of your code with a list of the packages you have loaded?

Got it. For some reason I cannot read the first set of data and I cannot see why. However the second set with 300 data points seems fine.

I assume you are using the cosinor package? If so, I think the first problem is that you are using cosinor which is the name of the package. I believe you should be using the function cosinor.lm()

I am going to be out for a while but I think I can get a look at things this afternoon (EST) . With any luck someone with a knowledge of the package will be able to help.

Oops,I see that there is a cosinor() command, but I'n not sure what package it is in. It does not appear to be in the {cosinor} or {cosinor2} packages.
