Error in set.row(lps, h, c(0, -XREF[, h])) : Model has not been optimized

Hi,
I am having error "Error in set.row(lps, h, c(0, -XREF[, h])) : Model has not been optimized" while running bootstrapping command

bcc_3Pb<-dea.boot(x_3, y_4, NREP = 3000, RTS = "vrs", ORIENTATION = "in", alpha = 0.05)

Can someone guide me how to fix. My data is panel data set.
