Error in saving file

Hi,
When I am working in RStudio, I frequently get an error saying that " The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process". Do you have any suggestion as to why I receive this error? Many thanks

Are you using a cloud-hosting-service such as Dropbox for your projects? If so that might interfere with RStudio. See here and here, two older posts on this forum.
