Error in RStudio startup

Hello all,

I am experiencing following issue while trying to open RStudio.

I am using macOS Monterey Version 12.5.1 (MacBook Air (M1, 2020)). I am using R base version 4.3.1.

I made sure that R starts correctly outside RStudio (terminal), fully uninstalled all versions of R and reinstalled again, made sure no startup customization such as .Rprofile is present.
