Error in installing glmnet 4.1.7 in R4.2.3

Hi,

I am trying to install the package glmnet4.1.7 in R 4.2.3
Server details: RHEL 7.9
gcc 7.1

When installing glmnet it fails with below error:

any suggestions on how to solve the above error? like which lgfortran file must exist in which path? etc..

Similar issue on Ubuntu resolved in this S/O post. That one had a libgfortran3-dev library that was in a location other than expected and had to be linked to where it was expected . Can’t speculate on what the REHL differences might be, but maybe thi will get you started.
