Error in deploying R shiny app on shinyapps.io due to R version.

I am unable to deploy a R shiny app on shinyapps.io as it says latest version of R is not available to deploy successfully.I have the latest version of R installed.It says version 4.3.1 is currently unavailable.The image showing the error is attached. Any help regarding this issue will be appreciated.
