Error executing 'reg': Access is denied. (os error 5)

Hello,

I am having difficulty rendering Quarto documents on a machine that i do not have Admin Rights to.
Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

i try to create a New File -> Quarto Document. When i try to render the document that is created i receive
ERROR: Error executing 'reg': Access is denied. (os error 5)

Any work arounds would be very helpful.
