Endogenous variables in ordinal logistic (or probit) regression

Hello,

I'm a new member. I am looking for an R-studio script to regress the ordered probit model, including an endogenous variable as a dummy variable. Specifically, my dependent variable is consumer perception of a product ranging from 1 to 7 Likert scale (very like to very dislike). The independent variables are age, income, gender, etc., and food insecurity; in which food insecurity is an endogenous variable explained by age, income, gender, etc., and location.

I could see people using ivtools for a continuous endogenous variable but not quite sure about the dummy endogenous variable in the ordered probit model

Can you please help?

Thank you.
Ly
