Embedded videos in Rmarkdown with RStudio 1.4

I have a number of Rmarkdown files which knit to HTML, these documents contain embedded YouTube videos.
In the previous version of RStudio these were included directly into the Markdown file e.g.

However with the update to RStudio 1.4 these now just produce black boxes
