Has anyone successfully used the DSSAT R package to run experiments in Sequence? I consistently encounter errors; the R console message reports an error one line after the end of the treatment descriptions. Strangely, running it through the shell works fine. Has anyone managed to run Sequence experiments successfully using this package?
