Drop down menu appears on wrong screen in multi monitor setup

There appears to be a bug that makes the drop down menu sometimes appear on the wrong screen when using a multi-monitor setup. This appears to only happen when RStudio is open the secondary monitor.

I am using Windows 10 on a Dell XPS15 computer. RStudio Version 1.2.5033.
