Does RStudio work on Windows on arm (ARM64) laptop?

I couldn't find clear answer to this. Does RStudio run well without issues on a Arm64 or Windows on arm laptops?

Arm64 Windows can run x64 programs via emulation, so there is a chance that it's going to work. Whether it will work well enough for daily work is hard to say.
