Does Positron have an equivalent of RStudio's "Import Dataset" ?

In RStudio, users have the option to navigate to a file and load it into the workspace. For example:

Import Dataset -> From Text (readr) -> *Browse for file* -> Import

This opens the file, and loads it into the Data pane.

A Positron analog would be very useful, as sometimes it takes a bit of clicking around multiple locations to find the file of interest. In Positron, one can Open the file, which allows it to be viewed but not to be loaded into the Data pane.

If there's a way to do this and I'm missing it, please let me know.
