Do some html_vignette files run at startup?

My company uses Varonis to monitor our PC and whenever I reboot my desktop the IT department gets alerts from the Varonic software that my PC seems to be encrypting numerous files in a short amount of time. I finally got a list of the offending files and they are all .Rmd files.

Here are the four files that are causing the false positives, located in the library folder of R:
RSQLite\doc\RSQLite.Rmd
promises\doc\casestudy.Rmd
httr\doc\api-packages.Rmd
covr\doc\how_it_works.Rmd

I took a look at the files, but I didn't see anything obvious. The main similarity is that they all use the html_vignette output method. So to my questions 1) Does anyone know why any of these four files would trigger alerts from a scanning engine, and/or 2) why would these files be processed at startup in the first place?

Thanks in advance, Roger
