Displaying wide graphics in pkgdown

Hi,

I'm creating an R package website using pkgdown.

Some of the articles I create generate some quite large detailed graphics.

Currently they look too small in my browser, being constrained by the pkgdown
web page width - I think by an html container size?

I'd like to know if there's a way that I can display them more easily at full size within
a pkgdown page. I tried to look through documentation for pkgdown, but I couldn't
see how to do this. All I could work out so far is that if you open the graphics in a new
tab you can see them at full size, or by downloading the file.

Also, is there a way of changing the pkdown default page width?

Thanks in advance.

Do you have any public example of the issue?

  • I can think of figure options but you might have seen that already.
  • Maybe some feature like "enlarge on click" could help, you'd have to suggest the feature in pkgdown issue tracker.

Also, is there a way of changing the pkdown default page width?

What do you mean exactly? Removing the margins?
