Disabling Quarto entirely

Hi everyone,

I have been using RStudio for quite a while but when I upgraded recently rstudio-server from version 2022.02.3-492 to version 2023.12.0-369 I noticed that quarto and deno has been added to this installation.
At first glance everything seemed normal until I tried to create a new project, it seemed to be hanging. After waiting a long time, it finally popped up with the usual create project window.

I run this on a centos7 container and I've noticed that a quarto process is taking all the resources assigned to that container. As I am not using quarto, is there a possibilty/option to disable this functionality entirely?
