Disable DEBUG prompt regarding disabled Copilot

I am trying to work on a RStudio Server 2024.04.2+764 "Chocolate Cosmos" Release (e4392fc9ddc21961fd1d0efd47484b43f07a4177, 2024-06-05) for Ubuntu Jammy.

Due to disabled Github Copilot extension (by admin) I get this annoying prompt at every window interaction reminding me that the extension is not enabled:

What is the proper way to disable this prompt?
