New to RStudio, trying to go through the Seurat Guided Clustering Tutorial and I can't even load the data in. I've installed all the packages (I think), and the three libraries for the tutorial (dplyr, Seurat, patchwork) have loaded in fine. I've downloaded the PBMC data but can't read it, keep getting an error that "Directory provided does not exist". Any help appreciated.

Can you provide some more information and guidance and what you tried ?
"Directory provided does not exist".
This error is rather explicit: there is an issue with the directory you are trying to read from.
