Deployment error while there is an ongoing task

Dear colleagues,
I got the following error when i try to republish my app:

Unable to dispatch task for application=9348470 as there are 1 tasks already in
progress. This is most likely a transient error. Please try again in a bit. If
this error persists please contact support.

HOW DO I RESOLVE THIS?
